Take a look at these three cabin retreats to inspire your next winter getaway.

The Minne Stuga– Grand Marais, MN

Minne stuga cabin

This dreamy chalet-frame cabin is a northern Minnesota vision. Renovated by Melissa Coleman (The Faux Martha), The Minne Stuga is a retreat for her family and a rental property where guests can reconnect with nature. The cabin is a “celebration of Minnesota”, according to Melissa, as several local companies contributed to the project. Kebony Character cladding was selected to reclad the cabin’s exterior, helping to maintain the integrity of the original home while providing a more modern aesthetic and enhanced durability. Knife River Cabin– Minneapolis, MN

Knife River Cabin is a secluded residence in Minneapolis, MN that offers a quiet retreat from the fast pace of everyday life. Featuring a modern black exterior and red window accents, the home contrasts its snowy surroundings beautifully. Kebony Clear cladding was chosen for the soffit and slat accents, ensuring durability in the cold temperatures.

Big Bear Lake House– Big Bear Lake, CA

This northern California lakeside residence is a contemporary complement to its natural surroundings. Kebony Clear cladding wraps the home and large windows allow for connection to the stunning wooded landscape. As the Kebony on the exterior ages gracefully, it will fade into a natural silver-gray patina.
