How to Enter
- Purchase Kebony Clear from a retailer between July 15th – October 15th, 2023 and keep the invoice from your supplier
- Fill out the digital rebate form below, you must upload a photo/pdf of the invoice and a photo of the Kebony project (installed or in progress)
- Someone from Kebony will contact you to verify the information
- We mail you a check!

Terms & Conditions
- Form must be submitted by 11/30/23
- Offer valid for one time use only per company/project
- Have proof of purchase and project photo ready before filling out the form
- Products must be purchased for the first time between July 15 2023, and October 15, 2023
- All invoices must clearly indicate retailer name, product purchased, total lineal footage purchased, date of purchase, and total price paid
- Quotes, estimates, delivery tickets, sales tickets, screen prints or order acknowledgments are not accepted
